Originating from cross-cultural trade on the Malabar Coast, our Australian expression of traditional lemon-pepper has become the best-seller Citrus Kick. Our recipe includes Sea Salt, Lemon, Sugar, Rice Flour, Onion, Black Peppercorn, Turmeric, and Basil. The citrus notes balance the cracked peppercorn enabling Citrus Kick to adorn subtly steamed foods as well as flavour-forward pan-fried delights.

SPICE BLEND #2: All Rounder
When default delight is desired, the All Rounder is our culinary champion. Able to tame the finicky palates of our little ones while also satisfying the smart tastes of busy professionals, the All Rounder delivers.
